Custom Bluestone Firepit

We installed this custom bluestone patio using natural bluestone slabs in four sizes 12”x12”, 12”x24”, 24”x24”, and a few 24”x36”. The bluestone is installed on top of a 4 inch thick concrete slab base, each piece is laid individually in a mortar bed of sand and cement. We then use a sand a cement grout to finish off the joints leaving this patio with a clean finish. The fire pit was constructed using Natural Bluestone treads and General Shale Iron Works brick.  Completed 2024
